Sweet Santas

Oh how I love Santa Claus!   I do!  I have several Santa's throughout  the house and I thought I would share just a few of my favorites.  The one above is a gourd that my mom painted several years ago.  It is my favorite Santa.  It is a little piece of my mom that I can have every Christmas and it is so special to me.  I love the details that she painted and how loving he looks.  

This Santa is from my favorite Aunt.  It is a pill bottle that she painted.  She is also a detail painter and I love his eyes.  (Sorry the picture isn't that great.  My photography skills aren't up to par this morning.)

This is another Santa my Auntie J painted on a wine cork.  Isn't he cool.  I love his sweet face and he looks so happy.

This Santa I have had for a long time.  A lady at my church made him and I had to have him.  He sits in a chair with his friend and patiently waits for the big day. 

These are just a few of my Santas, but special ones.  I love that they were made by very special people in my life and they are treasures.   That is one of the reasons I love this time of year - memories and sharing.
